Can We Really Sell Alcohol Products Online?

Yes! We’ve partnered with a credit card processing company that will allow for alcohol products to be listed and paid for by a credit card on the website. Alcohol products cannot be shipped, only pick-up in store or delivery.

Do I Get a Website Too or Just an Ordering System?

You get a complete website! All of our packages include a fully developed website. We will also list your website on Google Maps,  Google search and Bing.

Does this Service Allow for Delivery or Pickup at Store Only?

It’s up to you!  Our service will allow you to select in-store pickup only or delivery or offer both.

How Do We Get Our Products Online?

OrderMyStore handles the entry of your products. The entry process varies depending on the type of products:

Food Menu: Send us your menu and pricing and we’ll enter all your items online.

Liquor and Beer: We’ll send you a list of over 2,000 items that will include liquor and beer items so you can fill in your prices. We’ll take care of the rest.

Kegs: Send us a list of brands, sizes, pricing and we’ll enter all your kegs online. Or we can provide you with a standard list of Kegs to be listed on your website.

Wine: Send us a list of 50 wine names and pricing and we’ll add the list to your website. Or we can provide you with a standard list of wines to be listed on your website.

How Long Does it Take to Setup My Website?

We can setup your account within 14 days. Since we’re designing a website and entering items, this process takes time. The credit card processing application can take up to 7 days.

It is important to know that OrderMyStore will require you to fill in pricing of over 2,000 items. This can take you a day or a week depending on how much time you can dedicate in filling in the initial pricing.

Why Do You Charge Setup Fees?

There is significant amount of effort that goes into setting up your store online. For example, to add your food menu items, it takes time to add all the options such as toppings, pricing, pictures and descriptions. Additionally, we have no long term contracts. This means the setup fees are used to cover all the custom work that is required to get your website up and running. Keep in mind we do offer heavy discounts on the setup fees if you pay for an annual subscription.

Are There Any Additional Fees Besides the Monthly Fee?

Yes, there are credit card merchant account fees. Merchant account fees are $20 per month as well as a percentage that is taken from each transaction. These fees are not charged by OrderMyStore, but are charged directly by the processing company. Merchant account fees:

Interchange Cost + 0.40% + $0.15 per transaction.

Pricing above reflects a high risk merchant account for card not present (eCommerce). Additionally, the pricing above may change depending on your sales volume.
